Bibi is so dear to my heart for multiple reasons, first, it is all hand-made by Lebanese women in their 60’s and 70’s over cups of coffee and “Bezer” hence why it is called “Bibi” as the name means grandma in iraqi. In addition, this piece is the essence of Farah Bourogaa as it shows our supply chain’s dynamic as our pieces are made by family factories and women in need of support. Also it reminds me so much of the warmth a grand-mother provides when they’re around us. As for the material, it is 100% wool and is mixed with velvet once again to keep cool!
